POSITION PURPOSE


The Project Manager- Creative Operations serves as a primary contact for TILA Studios external clients for the In-House Creative Agency Program. Once a new lead or project is secured by the Executive Director, the Project Manager owns and manages the project from start to finish: keeping team projects on-task, within budget and within expectations of project timelines.


Works with Executive Director and Community Manager to prioritize projects and act as primary chair in owning deliverables of the team. Manages the day-to-day relationships with clients & external agency partners.


This role will work with the Executive Director & Community Manager to develop strategic recommendations for enhancements. Should be a highly creative problem-solver and adept at negotiating with external clients to execute key deliverables. Will learn and report on best practices, industry standards, and technical requirements associated with assigned projects. Will have a client-focused mindset for every project to ensure the best experience in the completion of each project.


The Project Manager - Creative Operations will ensure that agency projects align with the company’s impact metrics and will ensure that projects are documented and surveys are initiated to track success.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors weekly, monthly and quarterly progress of projects to make sure that deadlines are met. Your daily bread is writing and executing statements of work, scope, tasks, timeline, budget, and development based on project requirements and plans.

  • Obsessed with meetings such as kick-offs, brainstorms, and deliverable reviews just to get things done.

  • You live and breathe the agency processes, including creative production, paid media, and digital builds while optimizing those processes.

  • Make magic happen at all internal cross-functional teams during the project lifecycle for all Brand projects that include creative, social & digital content, builds, and events.

  • Contribute to the TILA Studios processes and align with finance, client service, operations, and legal on project and client requirements.

  • Own the final project assets: folders on the server, shared documents in the drive, and contracts in the box.

  • Give the big picture to the inter-departmental teams such as milestones, deliverables, and completion.

  • You’re sharp in tracking scopes when change occurs -- you know exactly what to do.

  • Collaborates with creative team leads to manage team tasks, next steps, manage bandwidth, and needed resources.

  • Works with Executive Director and Community Manager to prioritize projects and act as primary chair in owning deliverables of the team. Manages the day-to-day relationships with clients & external agency partners.


DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

  • 3- 5 years project management/traffic experience in an advertising or creative agency

  • Comprehensive understanding of agency functions & project management procedures

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • Prior experience using a project management software platform such as Asana, Hubspot, Airtable

  • Well organized with a relentless attention to detail and passion for quality

  • Works well under pressure and has the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines

  • Positive attitude with a leadership mindset; ability to challenge and redirect in a professional manner

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Enjoys challenges and finding collaborative solutions

  • Understands and facilitates the creative process


NATURE AND SCOPE

  • Position Reports to Executive Director with a dotted line to the Community Manger

  • Number of Direct Reports: 0


ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL

  • Remote with occasional site visits with client

  • Typically requires occasional travel to site specific projects nationally and internationally less than 10% of the time.

  • Travel will be paid by TILA Studios


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States


EDUCATION REQUIRED:

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.


COMPENSATION:

$50/ hour

10 - 15 Hours per week

*Opportunity to grow into a full-time position
