After a competitive application process, ten Georgia-based Black Women artists who demonstrate artistic excellence and have a track record of producing an exemplary body of work have been selected for our Inaugural TILA Takes Art Basel Experience. Artists involvement includes: fully paid travel and accomodations, access to the convention and art shows within Miami.

Our Official Kickoff Event was a remarkable moment for TILA Studios and Black Women in the Arts in Atlanta. TILA’s goal is to see black female artistry thrive, and with our plan to attend Art Basel in Miami Beach, we will increase that visibility and representation ten-fold, literally. THE TILA

Sponsored by MailChimp, the TILA House is the official destination for The 2018 Garden Fellows to build community, have a safe and intimate space to relax and the opportunity to engage in conversations with art patrons over exclusive daily brunch, dinner and activities.
The TILA House will host daily experiences that will invite the local community and visitors to engage in thoughtful dialogue by partnering with brands that align with our values and mission.
Our vision is to create a world where black women artists are thriving because of their art. By empowering black women, we can empower an entire community.
